Description
seems that one of the build targets can not deal with the new OS version and sets MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET to 10.4 instead of 10.12 that fails than at link time. Added the error log

We cannot help with non-public beta versions of macOS, and discussing them publicly may be a violation of the NDA you signed. Please discuss beta macOS issues privately.
this is not a problem of the new macOS and i do not think it is a violation of the NDA to discover possible future problems is the meaning of a beta OS, program, etc. but this my private opinion only probably

The log shows you're using Xcode 7.3.1. Please try Xcode 8 (beta) instead.

See also #51980. It's not exactly the same error, but this ticket might be "outdated" by now anyway.
