The "do you want to run reclaim" question constantly asks on every use of port. Patch resets the time of user says no

I would also like to see a way to turn the nags off permanently.

I am also annoyed by this question, thank you for the patch. You can just go on and commit this.
However, as a suggestion for future improvement, I would rather have a separate timer when the user was asked. The question could appear only once every day (24 hours) instead of waiting another two weeks by simulating a run that never happened.
