pyfa: update to use python 2.7

Description

Python 2.6 is being deprecated. So this ticket request an update of the pyfa port in order to use Python 2.7.

It also seems that development moved to Github: ​https://github.com/pyfa-org/Pyfa, and that there are more recent versions available.

I've stopped using macports long time ago, so it's unlikely that I'll update this.

pyfa: update to 1.28.1

move to github, add dependencies and update to use python2.7
and wxpython-3.0

The GUI works - however, someone who plays Eve needs to verify it
works as expected.
