    initial v1
    1 {{{ New install of dibbler fails to build whether attempted with no variant or with the universal variant. I am running OS X 11.6 with SIP disabled (for install just in case) and literally have 31 GB of other MacPorts working in harmony. I'm attaching the build log to show what occurred when attempting build with no variant. XCode 7.3 installed along with its Command Line Tools.

    33Running on Macbook 2.5GHz i7 quad core. Never had a OS X version lower than 11.1 on it.

    66"Apple LLVM version 7.3.0 (clang-703.0.31)" is the tool invoked by Macports to build this.

    8 I downloaded the dibbler source code from its main site and followed its build instructions and had similar, though not exact (probably due to the MacPort patches), errors so I suspect it needs further patching but I'm just a beginner when it comes to C++. }}}
