Description
cyrus-imapd @2.4.18_2 fails to build on El Capitan:

Error: org.macports.destroot for port cyrus-imapd returned: xinstall: Unknown user cyrus
The port doesn't create the cyrus user. Maybe it should. Maybe the cyrus user was created by the OS on previous version of macOS.
