Installing Latexml, kpswich of mactex not found

In the future, please use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field and Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers LaTeXML), if any.

Assuming the submitter has MacTeX installed, and it is a newish version, I expect that this is a duplicate of #49507. There was a Portfile patch submitted to ticket #47972 8 weeks ago that should fix both of those issues, and, I assume, this one. However noone with commit access has acted on it.

Actually, if anyone's listening, see the patch in #51818 which also updates to LaTeXML version 0.8.2; and wait a bit before committing, since I'll shortly further patch it to deal with #52081, which upgrades the dependency to Perl 5.24.
