freecad @0.16.0 fails building on 10.6.8

While upgrading freecad @0.15.4671_1+gcc5 to 0.16_0 I run into this trouble:

There are more occurrences of this error later in the log. If intuitively have tested other compilers, like gcc5 and gcc6 as well as clang 3.7 (all from MacPorts), but these have failed with other weird errors, as far as I can remember.

The cited version of FreeCAD and the ticket are pretty old. FreeCAD now is at version 0.20.1, in Macports its at 0.18.5

Currently, I am not able to build it via Macports, but I wonder if this ticket is anyhow useful.
