Cross-referencing against #69363 (I'm trying to uninstall py27-paramiko, because it's marked as obsolete, but I can't, because bzr depends upon it...)

I am aware bzr 2.7.0 exists. However, almost no plugin was yet updated to recognize this version, including the popular bzrtools. Other distributions just gave up and removed the version check. However, that move the responsibility to the maintainer.
The bzr ecosystems seems abandoned and the upstream projects largely ignore the problem. Updating to 2.7.0 would break plugins in other ports, but only gain a few non-critical bugfixes.
