Description
py-docutils is dependency of py-sphinx. The 0.12 distribution of docutils was released 2014-07-06. This update installs subversion HEAD as of 2016-10-15 (revision 7973) and includes patch-Portfile.diff and base select.file (files/py-docutils), adding two new utilities: rst2html5 and buildhtml, as well as documentation and port select.
A case could be made for not installing the documentation since it's available online, and installing multiple subports installs multiple copies of the same documentation.

I'm going to decline to change py-docutils to an svn snapshot. Feel free to create a py-docutils-devel if needed.

Right. Get the developers of docutils to release a new version. When they do, we can update the port.
