    1 Yeah, I’m sorry, there might be a missing dependency here.
    2 Try installing gtk2 (e.g. sudo port install gtk2 +quartz) and build again.

     1Oh, oops.
     2That seems to point to the fact that you compiled gtk2 with X11 but have no X11 active.
     3Try reinstall gtk2 with the +quartz option, for example.
