Description

The variants listed for this are as follows: 

$ port info --variants p5.24-dbd-pg
variants: postgresql7, postgresql80, postgresql81, postgresql82, postgresql83, postgresql84, postgresql90, postgresql91, postgresql92, postgresql93, postgresql94, universal

It would be very nice if a variant for postgresql95 was added. I don't believe that there's any incompatibility making this a show-stopper.

Sounds reasonable. How about 9.6 while we're at it?

p5-dbd-pg: add variants +postgresql95 +postgresql96

Additionally remove Id line and comment.
