Description
Running sudo port upgrade harfbuzz on osx 10.5 ppc eventually fails due to failure to fetch cairo:

I added the cairo files to the distfiles mirror manually.

Fetch failures due to https on 10.5 are well-known and will be resolved once we are properly mirroring distfiles on our own http server again.
