py-SRPAstro: depend on py-astropy instead of py-pyfits

Description

py-SRPAstro is the only remaining port that depends on the soon-to-be-obsolete py-pyfits (#52649). Please update py-SRPAstro to the latest available version and patch to use py-astropy instead of py-pyfits.

Hello,

thanks for reporting it. I would rather remove completely py-SRPAstro from macport. How could I do that?
