Looking at the main.log, it looks like you are having some kind of issue with the https protocol. What OS version are you running?

I just checked, the file is there.

Mavericks. Yes, this is the only port I am having this issue with. The same problem existed when I had Macports 2.3.5 installed. I thought it might be resolved with 2.4.0 - Perhaps something to do with the "Let's Encrypt" cert or something? IDK BTW I am using a VPN and have not tried without it.
