Update to version 2.2.0 - fix for linking problems when /usr/lib/libcc_dynamic.a is not present.

The new Portfile works for me. I changed the dependency on teTeX to port:teTeX (you really need a whole teTeX system, not just the latex executable).
With this change the texinfo dependencies become redundant, since teTeX already depends on texinfo.
I can make these changes before committing if you are happy with them.
