gnupg @1.4.21: Fetch of IDEA code fails

The command

	sudo port -N install gnupg +idea

fails, since the file idea.c.gz cannot be fetched.

Bummer. Maybe we should switch to shipping that file in the ports tree? I don't like that idea too much, though, for obvious reasons...

I'll work around the problem for now, as the file is still accessible via FTP. Users with restrictive firewalls will probably still not be able to fetch it, but there's only so much that can be done.

In 28ee89d3/macports-ports:

mail/gnupg: switch idea.c.gz master_site to FTP.

This will probably fail for users behind restrictive firewalls as well,
but their web server is currently unable to serve the file.
