missing port py34-webencodings

Description
Recently ran an port update and ran into the following error:
Warning: No port py34-webencodings found in the index. ---> Computing dependencies for py34-html5lib Error: Dependency 'py34-webencodings' not found.
I can't quite upgrade to python3.6 since I need nltk and the port listed is only for py34. A quick search shows webencoding packages for all other version of python, but 3.4.
