speex @1.2.0 replaces speex-devel

Description
speex-devel is the same as speex, and speexDSP-devel is the same as speexDSP. Mark them as obsolete.
The Speex codec itself has been obsoleted upstream years ago, and the port has no maintainer; but let's keep it for those who still use it.

As noted in the guide, please use the obsolete portgroup.

Mihai, I see you updated the -devel last month. Is there any reason to keep it around if it is same version as non -devel?

Not really, we've had a discussion on mp-dev IIRC.
Go on and remove it.
The patch provided here looks weird, though. It replaces both speex-devel and speexDSP-devel with speex, which is arguably wrong. AFAIK, it also doesn't need explicit conflicts (since that is handled by the obsolete PortGroup.)

distname, license and maybe other stuff can also be removed from the obsolete -devel port(s).
