Description

Currently macports has lapack 3.6.1 which causes errors for us in dgesvd, and a local build of 3.7.1 fixed the issue.

I tried to update lapack but FortranCInterface does not work with cmake >=3.7. See #53565 and ​https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/12199/files.
