Description
Wireshark 2.4.0 is out. As both wireshark 2.2.8 and wireshark 2.4.0 have been released, we should either create a wireshark24 port, move the existing wireshark2 port to wireshark22 and update wireshark2 to wireshark 2.4.0, or we should move wireshark2 to wireshark22 and create a wireshark24 port.

Moved wireshark2 to wireshark22 Copied wireshark22 to wireshark2 and updated to wireshark 2.4.1
Plan is going forward that wireshark2 will be the latest in the wireshark 2.x series, and additional wireshark2x ports will be made as needed (e.g. when wireshark 2.6.x is out, wireshark2 will be moved/copied to wireshark24 and wireshark2 will be updated to wireshark 2.6.x).
I've asked upstream what their roadmap looks like to verify assumptions.
