The py-hypothsis package is missing a dependency on py-attrs: ​https://hypothesis.readthedocs.io/en/master/changes.html#id19

I also filed ​https://github.com/HypothesisWorks/hypothesis-python/issues/932 asking the hypothesis folks to clarify this in their docs.
