Description

On a fresh High Sierra installation, gegl-devel @0.3.23-20171114_0+x11 conflicts with gcut in coreutils @8.28_0. 

:error:activate Failed to activate coreutils: Image error: /opt/local/bin/gcut is being used by the active gegl-devel port.  Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate coreutils' to force the activation.
