Description

In pan2 (another app I had't installed) are some menu fonts to small. Are this a bug? Or what could I do to make them greater?

You can edit the appropriate files by hand, but I use gtk-chtheme to do the theme editing and font choosing.

for gtk3, the file is ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini and I use something like this in that file:

[Settings]

# theme names Adwaita, HighContrast, HighContrastInverse, and Raleigh
# Fonts DejaVu Sans
gtk-enable-animations = 0
gtk-enable-tooltips = 0
gtk-icon-theme-name = Adwaita
gtk-theme-name = Adwaita
gtk-font-name = Sans 14

My MacBook Pro 15" have 1440 x 900 pixels - I would experiment now. :-)

I create this file in

 ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini

it don't work si I create this file in

~/.config/gtk-2.0/settings.ini

too

no effect.

If you ever want to manually edit the gtk2 settings file, it is this text file: ~/.gtkrc-2.0

The tool GSmartControl needs '/settings.ini' - as in comment 4 and 6 described

Pan needs settings over 'gtk-chtheme'
