redis @4.0.6_0 seems to work fine but errors every 10 seconds in syslog from launchd

Seeing this line in system.log after staring redis with port load redi. Redis seems to be running fine.
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (org.macports.redis): Service only ran for 0 seconds. Pushing respawn out by 10 seconds. --- last message repeated 2 times --- ... etc ...

I'd appreciate any more information on this. I've come back to this ticket and the other every now and then and I have never seen any of the behavior described. I'd appreciate any other information you have, your system configuration or anything else.
