Description

The QA code in gnss-sdr-next was not building because "embedding a #include directive within macro arguments is not supported". I attach a patch that prevents the building of the QA code (which anyway was not installed by the port) and fix the building.

The commit has been forwarded to the most recent in the GitHub repo.

Thanks, Carles! I went ahead and committed just the configure args change. I'll update the version in another commit.
