clojure: Update to version 1.9.0

  • Updates to version 1.9.0 which includes CLI tools
  • Mirrors the clojure tools linux installer
  • Drops unnecessary files in favor of clojure CLI
  • Drop rlwrap dependency -- warning included in clj script
