Description
Suggestion to enable ccache (if installed) for macports that are locally built. I suggest enabling a port_select option to enable ccache as the symbolically linked GCC compiler. Please comment about what you think and thank you kindly!

MacPorts already supports using ccache to build ports. Install the ccache port, then set
configureccache yesin /opt/local/etc/macports/macports.conf.
