laszip: use release download

Description

When you update the laszip port to the next version, please switch from the automatically-generated GitHub tarball to the manually-prepared release download, by adding the lines github.tarball_from releases and use_bzip2 yes and distname laszip-src-${version} and removing the worksrcdir line.

Add a patch to prevent the build system from overriding the install_name
set by the cmake 1.1 portgroup.
