    initial v3  
    1 I just upgraded qgis to 3.0.1_2.  I followed the instructions here[https://trac.macports.org/ticket/56147] to get it to build properly.  But, now if I try to open files it just crashes.  More specifically:

    221)  If I open a project that works in qgis 3.0.0, it brings up a dialog that says:  Handle Bad Layers and lists one of my layers (this dialog didn't occur in 3.0.0).  If I click browse, to find the data for that layer, it crashes.
    331a)  If instead of clicking browse, I click OK, it brings up a dialog that says that there are still 1 unhandled layer(s) that will be lost if I close now.  If I again click OK it skips that layer.
