Description

It looks like commit 638b959 introduced a dependency of gtk-doc on itself. 

$ port rdeps gtk-doc | grep gtk-doc
The following ports are dependencies of gtk-doc @1.28_0:
          gtk-doc

gtk-doc -> dblatex -> ImageMagick -> djvulibre -> librsvg -> gtk-doc

In ebb1a0c497826d48ca82c9dba42368dff5731f48/macports-ports:

librsvg: remove unnecessary dependency on gtk-doc

Docs are pre-generated, included in the tar ball and
are not re-generated by default.

This breaks a circular dependency introduced with
gtk-doc 1.28.
