Automatic distfile mirroring was only reenabled last month; see #53347. This was a couple days after ncmpcpp was last updated, which is why it had not been mirrored yet.
I have manually triggered a build of ncmpcpp now, which has mirrored the files. They should show up publicly within an hour.
