Description
singularity-container is a system for encapsulating applications with their dependencies, so that they become portable between systems. Containers can be built using simple recipes on github and will be picked up by Singularity Hub and automatically built. You can then download and run the image with a simple command.
Support is present in Debian stable, most currently in https://packages.debian.org/stretch-backports/singularity-container.
