openmpi-gcc6 is using libstdc++ (this installation is configured to use libc++)

openmpi-gcc6 is another port that fails to build because of the libstdc++ problem. Almost certainly the same problem as #56554 and #56551.

Here is the output from rev-upgrade:

MacPorts 2.5.1 will fix this problem.
