Description
Larry has not been seen in MacPorts in 2017 or 2018. Larry's last commit to MacPorts was [e2e97707882086b7a996e46707e18bbeaf9f2496/macports-ports] in December 2016. He has ~50 open tickets. His recent tickets are getting addressed without his input (#53145, #53550, #54257, #54373, #54459, #54466, #56478).
In December 2017 I tried to contact him by email to his macports.org email address to ask if he's still interested in contributing, and again in June 2018 to his larryv.me address; no reply.
Larry, if you're still around and want to contribute again, please let us know! Otherwise, in a few days I'll submit a PR to remove you as maintainer of your ports, and I'll move you to the retired section of MacPortsDevelopers.

can we at least make py-virualenv openmaintainer? PRs for this port sit in the queue without any comment/approval and get committed after a “maintainer timeout”.
