Description

The latest version of py-virtualenv-clone is 0.3.0. Macports is currently hosting version 0.2.6.

The update requires changing the version number and the checksums [Portfile diff attached].

I built both py27-virtualenv-clone and py36-virtualenv-clone and ran the tests for each that accompany the source code. All tests pass.
