Unfortunately I revert ncarg to 6.4.0 because setfileoption() causes segmentation fault 11. [cdde049ce2176cdef35c2e8737f718b9d4dae9d2/macports-ports] I don't have any idea how to fix this. See also #38687 and #53031.
