clang 6.0.0 won't install on MacOS 10.10.5

I go to update clang-6.0 and this was the result. So I thought it was a problem and then I ran the 'install' option and got the same results. Now clang 6.0 won't run any longer. (Can't find libc++).

The log shows that all the dependencies exist and there are no conflicts. :msg:main ---> Computing dependencies for clang-6.0:info:main .:debug:main clang-6.0 has no conflicts

I tried uninstalling clang-6.0 then reinstalling it, and got the same failure.
