I think that if you didn't have `py27-pyqt4@4.12.1_2` already installed on the machine it can't be activated, because the mac port installs the latest `py27-pyqt4 @4.12.2_0` dependency.3 Step(6) of the above workaround fails on my machine unfortunately.
