crossgcc: installs a conflicting file /opt/local/lib/libcc1.0.so

Description
The crossgcc compilers would install two files which make various cross-compilers conflict with each other.
/opt/local/lib/libcc1.0.so /opt/local/lib/libcc1.so -> libcc1.0.so
We need to move those files under some unique prefix (or delete them?).
