xplanet +aqua no longer requires supported_archs i386 ppc

Description

xplanet aqua variant no longer requires supported_archs i386 ppc; it can build x86_64 just fine (inability to do so was a problem with an older version than the current 1.3.1). Not building x86_64 could be a problem on Mojave. That line should be removed from the Portfile.

The use of QuickTime that required this was removed in 1.2.2.
