bash mojave install error

Just upgraded to Mojave, reinstalled Ports and followed wiki:Migration, also looked at ticket:57245 which additionally talks about doing xcode-select --install and xcodebuild -license which I've done.

I've also got Terminal set to /opt/local/bin/bash -l and when i relaunch I get this;

[Command not found: /opt/local/bin/bash]

[Could not create a new process and open a pseudo-tty.]

This is the error I see;

Error: bash cannot be installed for the configured universal_archs 'x86_64 i386' because it only supports the arch(s) ''.

Error: Processing of port bash failed

Since the i386 architecture is deprecated for macOS, you may add -universal to variants.conf, which will solve your problem. If you truly need i386, it can not help, though.

Same as #57245; the macOS 10.14 SDK doesn't support universal or i386 builds.
