*patch hardcoded prefix in csl source with placeholder

*patch to the shell script that creates the csl bundle

*replaced the ${subport} references with ${name}

*minor tweaks to destroot

(Not sure if it was necessary but I bumped the revision to 1)

I found a missing .gif in one of the html folders, so it did need a revbump. That one-liner patch should be sent upstream for inclusion.
