Apparently all mailing lists were down since December 28th. I had applied an update to Spamassassin, but it did not trigger a required restart of Mailman. This should be fixed now and mails on all lists should be delivered again. I don't think any mails got lost, they were just hanging in the queue.
Sorry I did not notice it earlier. :-(
