Description
I opened a PR involving Daniel Mack's ports, but they hadn't yet been notified, and their ports are not openmaintainer.
libowfat is outdated (latest version is 0.32 released 2018-10-01).
The maintainer does not appear to have had any activity on MacPorts since 2005.

We don't really have a way to know except by directly emailing like you did. We can update the ports.

I sent an email directly to this maintainer a few days ago, and today my email provider informed me that the email never went through, however it only specified that "multiple delivery attempts failed" as the reason. Have MacPorts' emails to this maintainer bounced?
