uhd: update to 3.14.0.0

  • bump version to 3.14.0.0
  • patch-fix-clang-match.release.diff is not needed on current release
  • rebase patch-fix-boost-python.release.diff and patch-host_CMakeLists.txt.release.diff
  • add python37 variant
  • remove python34 and python35 variants
  • bump revision of gnuradio and gr-osmosdr
