Description

I've been trying to update the Mednafen portfile only to run into the bug at ​https://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4481 when building against libsdl2.0.9 as shipped by MacPorts, making Mednafen (and possibly other macOS/SDL software dealing with dropped audio buffers) essentially unusable. The backout changeset (expected to land in 2.0.10) is also currently applied to Homebrew's SDL2 formula.
