Description

apache-geode was renamed from geode-devel; this port is still at version 1.0.0-incubating as when submitted in 2016 (#51432). There are a number of security issues addressed by more recent releases; see ​https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/GEODE/Release+Notes

apache-geode contains a vulnerable version of log4j, so this update probably deserves a bit higher priority: 

$ port contents apache-geode | grep log4j

Unfortunately, livecheck can't tell what the latest version is:

Removal proposed: ​https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/14391. I don’t believe MacPorts is somehow better off aspirationally offering this port when no one wants to keep it up to date.
