pymol does not run/install after update

I have updated MacPorts today and upgraded outdated (not pymol a.f.a.i.k), Pymol then crashes. Uninstalling, cleaning and re-install does not work 

sudo port install pymol
--->  Computing dependencies for pymol
--->  Staging pymol into destroot
Error: Failed to destroot pymol: command execution failed
Error: See /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_science_pymol/pymol/main.log for details.

The log shows that you are running MacPorts 2.5.4. The current version is 2.6.0; please update.

current version of PyMOL is 2.5 ; please try again to update and comment/reopen this ticket if the problem persists
