Description

qt5-qtbase @5.12.4 : OSX10.14.6 but with XCode 11. It's not a defect on qt5-qtbase itself but more on OSX10.14 with Xcode 11. With XCode 11 all the SDK are pointing to 10.15.

Had been tried this on 10.15, qt5-qtbase build successly.
