The build is throwing the error ...

xcode-select: error: tool 'xcodebuild' requires Xcode, but active developer directory '/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools' is a command line tools instance

... and the build appears to be choosing this directory; "xcode-select -p" returns "/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer"

Does adding use_xcode yes to the Portfile help?

yes sir, it finishes building with that line added to the Portfile.

Fixed in 5.3 (uses xcrun instead).
